 As we feed our bodies we should, also, feed our minds.

 It is so important not to give our minds a diet of destructive

 material. We should feed our minds a  diet of good clean

reading materials and positive things. especially giving  time for a

prayerful reading of the Bible,  "GOD'S WORD".
