GOD'S RULE IS FOR MAN'S GOOD--SELECTED

| | Comments (0)

GOD'S RULE IS FOR MAN'S GOOD

                   God seeks the present and eternal good of man;

Satan seeks the present corruption and eternal

ruin of man. It must be evident to every  one who

believes in God, that whatever God requires

is for man's good. His commands grow out of man's

needs. "It is not in man that walks to direct

his steps (Jeremiah 10:23),  In view of the prophet's

statement, God in His  mercy and benevolnce

supplies man's most urgent and fundantal needs

                          by directing his steps.

Friend, accept God's direction and His commands and enjoy

your hope of going to heaven

A TRANSFORMATION OF ETERNAL VALUE

| | Comments (0)

                       A TRANSFORMATIION OF ETERNAL VALUE

Paul the apostle wrote,"But we all with unveiled face beholding as in a

mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed in the same image from

glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit." We grow into the likness

of that person whom we constantly admire and adore. Why not fix

your sight looking to and admiring Jesus . You can become like Him

and die with the assurrance that heaven will be your eternal home?

I AM NOW IN HEAVEN- AUTHOR UNKNOWN

| | Comments (0)

                        I AM NOW IN HEAVEN

I am now in heaven the gates have opened wide-

and now I have the privilege of walking by His side.

The Angel choir is singing, and the music is so sweet,

I'll join them just soon as I have worshipped at His feet.

I am now in heaven, and the Blood washqed throng is here.

I recognize a lot of them- there's not a single tear.

     There's joy beyond description and reunions by the score;

There'll be no seperations, for we'll be here for evermore.

I am now in heaven-please wipe away your tears!

I've fought the battle, run the race- I'm rid of all my fears.

      There's no pain or sorrow here; heart aches now are past;

I read and sung of heaven, now I'm here at last.

I am in heaven, and oh, the place is grand

No one could ever tell me all the beauties of this land.

Since I cannot describe it, you'll have to come and see

That it is worth the trials we had to live here eternally!

LET EACH OF US TAKE COURAGE TO BE IN HEAVEN TOO!!

COMMANDS AND GRACE- ------SELECTED

| | Comments (0)

                         COMMANDS AND GRACE

It is unfortunate that some religious teachers

have placed the grace of God on the

one side, and the commands of God over

against it, thus making  them antagonistic,

and have taught that if man  obeys God's

conditions of salvation he is not depe-

ndiing on the grace of God, and that if he

depends on God's grace, the keeping

God's commands is a matter of no con-

sequence. But the person not blinded

by these theories see in all of God's commands

His grace or favor for man. God has

shown man how to live, He has taught him

the true philosophy of life. It is easy,

therefore, to see that man's highest good and

           happiness lies along the pathway

    of obedience to God.

I  implore you to enter into this pathway

before it is to late. You can have this

choice today.

Believe in Jesus as God's only Son;

repent of your sins; confess that you

believe that Jesus is God's Son sent

to save us. You then, have the

blessing of being immersed in water with

the assurance that you are forgiven and

were baptized into Christ and now you,

by the grace of God,are in His family and

and find joy in keeping His commandments !!!!!!!!!!

THE CALL OF GOD-- BY BYRL BROCKMAN

| | Comments (0)

How wonderful it is that Jehovah God

desires that man be conscious of

His wanting what is best for us. while

we live from day to day.

God through Jesus calls us to come to

Him with the promise that we can

find help and comfort as we face the

           the difficulties that confront

us each day. In Matthew 11:28 offers rest

to those who will become His com-

panion . This call and offer is still made

with the same promise of rest.

      1. God calls us to Christian living. This is

our call to be converted from a life

sin and surrender to Jesus and His

              teachings. Matthew 28;18-20

     2.  The call of God is a call to prepare us

for the day when we shall all stand

before Him and give an account for

              how we lived on earth.

    3. Take time to read the book of Acts of the

Apostles. Follow the same example of

how the people accepted the call. Be assured

you will become just Christians and belong

to the same church that these people belonged to.

BECOME A CHRISTIAN BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!!!!!!!!

MINISTERS OF THE NEW COVENANT- SELECTED

| | Comments (0)

                MINISTERS OF THE NEW COVENANT

In 2 Corinthians 3:6 Paul declares that God

made them, the apostles , ministers of

the New Covenant, and in the remaining

part of the chapter he contrasts the Old

and the New covenants, and shows the

superiority of the New over the Old at

every point, and speaks of the Old as "that

which passeth away", and the New as

  "that which  remaineth".

Paul,  the writer to the young preacher Timothy, instructed him to "rightly

divide the Word of truth"

The religious division that exists among believers in Christ in these days

is a failure to understand that  "to rightly divide The Word" is a MUST if

man is to walk in God's approved way.
